I was looking in google for a picture of Adriana Lima. And I found one wher she is the look alike of Tifa, the plain long hair, the white tank top and a nice smile.

I was bored at home and have an idea. I tweaked the original pic with liquify to add volume to her breasts. Then started to make the outline, the base color, the shading, then using the alpha channel and halftone pattern I ended with a pop art like Van Velder Dot art style. (not sure about the spell of the author)

A mix in saturated but dominated but non saturated colors. I use CTRL U to decrease saturation in photoshop alot when adding color to a CG.
